I participate in a celebrity has been a huge challenge, but rewarding, experience of McFly star Dougie Poynter.

The 24 years did not have a great start to 2011, ending in rehab - something he spoke openly of the jungle BFF Mark Wright.

However, over the years at the top, becoming one of the stars of 2011 I am a celebrity.

Dougie smiled as he read his letter from home, but the bassist has a special taste - two messages from their loved ones.

The former band mate Tom Fletcher.

Tom wrote: "In our Mowgli, Dude, Tom here. I think it's fair to say that this year has not been the easiest of years of his life, but I think without doubt go down in history as the most triumphant.

"It was impressive to see that in the jungle and try to win this thing or not is irrelevant, you have 3 band mates here who are incredibly proud of you. I think this has been the longest period of time no I've seen in the 8 years we have been McFLY.

"Without you we are as a Megazord without a leg ... Torvill without Dean ... without Donatello Ninja Turtles ... Han Solo, Chewbacca free! Let's go home, write an album murderer and back on tour. We see in the bridge of a clumsy hug! "

The next step, Dougie struggled to contain his emotions when he received a lovely note new girlfriend Lara.

She wrote: "Oi oi captain. Tom says I have to say something cringey now to see if I can mourn ... so ... the meeting was the best thing that happened to me.

"You really are the most special person I know and am connecting line and lead in love with you. However, if you dump me for your brand new friend of the man who will slap around the face with a fresh fish!

"You have been warned ... Love your fellow clicker finger. X Much love, Tom, Gi and Lara."

Dougie heartily, "That beats any letter this and I will keep this letter for the rest of my life." Oh, this is too much!
